How Scalable Path Helped HealthTech Company Prolucent Build a VMS
Prolucent, a trailblazer in leveraging technology and data to streamline hiring processes, sought to diminish hiring costs and time-to-hire rates significantly. Our collaboration focused on building an internal Vendor Management System (VMS) and assembling a robust development team to bolster Prolucent’s tech framework and operational efficiency.
About Prolucent
Prolucent is a technology company that helps healthcare organizations reduce labor costs and time-to-hire. Based in Dallas, Texas, Prolucent leverages advanced technology, data analytics, and industry knowledge to optimize staffing and control costs.
The Challenge
Prolucent needed to construct an internal VMS (Vendor Management System) from scratch. Their goal was to develop a product that was intuitive and easy to use, as most VMS solutions on the market were convoluted, archaic, and difficult to use.
Prolucent approached us to help with the project. Their aims included enhanced usability, feature-richness, and superior productivity. The project required a scalable development team adept at addressing these core objectives. Our role expanded to structuring a competent team, including nine full-time developers, an architect, and part-time specialists, to work across two pivotal projects: the public LiquidCompass project and the internal VMS initiative.
